Hello, my name is Jessica and I own Avenue Sixty Five with my husband James. We have always had a passion for vintage and antique items, which was amplified when we started decorating our own home.
Avenue Sixty Five, based in Yorkshire, specialises in eclectic vintage and antique furniture, decorative items and homeware. The name Avenue Sixty Five is derived from our love of music from the year 1965 and mid-century interior design.
The fashion and music revolution of the swinging sixties led to some of the most vibrant homeware and interior trends of the mid-century and we will pay homage and celebrate the height of interior design with a carefully curated collection of items sourced from the beginning of the 20th century (which led to this period), all the way up to the 1980s.
I have a degree in Journalism and I take much enjoyment researching the stories and history behind all of my items.
